Business Development Executive

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and identifying growth opportunities in the digital marketing and technology sectors.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

    • Identify and approach potential clients through various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, email, calls).
    • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Market Research & Strategy

    • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and new opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create strategies that align with client needs.
  3. Sales & Negotiations

    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  4. Relationship Management

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting

    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, and development) to deliver customized solutions.
    • Provide regular sales and progress reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the digital marketing or technology industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, SEO, PPC, and web development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
